Wolfe Brack is a self–taught visual artist and curator, born and based in Kansas City, MO. His work deals with the minute, the unnoticed, and the humorousness that is often overlooked. He draws inspiration from architecture, natural forms, and human personality traits, working in multiple mediums. Brack comes from a line of artists and briefly attended the Kansas City Art Institute in 2002. During this time, he learned fire-based performance and performed around the region. In 2011, Brack became Director of GLOW, a UV body painting and entertainment group. In 2013, Wolfe attended culinary school and worked briefly as a chef. These experiences and connections would lead him to his current career path. Brack is now Co-Director for the InterUrban ArtHouse, an arts nonprofit in Overland Park, KS. He oversees gallery exhibitions, programming, performances, and events in the space, as well as curating offsite corporate spaces on the ArtHouse’s behalf. In this role, he works toward equity in the arts through deliberate representation of artists from marginalized communities.

Consuelo Cruz is the Vice President Marketing and Community Engagement at Belger Cartage Service, Inc. and Deputy Director of Belger Arts. Cruz has over twenty years of experience forming and cultivating partnerships with diverse stakeholders in non-profit, corporate and government sectors. She believes deeply in the value of the arts and education in bridging cultures and connecting communities. She has served as Director of Latino Cultural Arts Division and Director of Development for Mattie Rhodes Center, as an interpreter, an adjunct Spanish instructor, and as the Arts Marketing Coordinator for the Office of Culture and Creative Services, City of Kansas City, Missouri. Cruz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts, Spanish from Rockhurst University and a Master of Arts, Romance Languages and Literature from University of Missouri-Kansas City, Missouri. She has studied abroad at University of Granada, Spain and Universidad Veracruzana, Mexico. She has served on the Boards of Directors of numerous non-profits, and currently serves on the board of the Missouri Arts Council, the KCUR Community Advisory Board, and the Classical KC Community Advisory Council.

Tara Karaim is the Senior Manager of Grants and the Community Gallery at ArtsKC. She oversees ArtsKC’s grants programs which fund arts organizations, arts projects, and individual artists in the Kansas City area. In addition, she oversees the Community Gallery Program, which empowers artists, arts organizations, and businesses to engage with the local community through the ArtsKC Gallery. Karaim is also an artist; her recent shows include "Out with Friends" at the Kansas City Artists Coalition (2025) and "Pandemic Pets" at Vulpes Bastille (2024). Karaim earned her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Art History from the University of Kansas. She went on to earn her Master of Arts in Art History from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She currently serves as co-chair of the Planned Industrial Expansion Authority's Crossroads Arts Advisory Committee and as Corresponding Secretary for the Hyde Park Neighborhood Association.

Kimi Kitada is a curator based in Kansas City, MO. Currently, she is the Gallery and Programs Manager at Charlotte Street, where she oversees exhibitions and public programs such as The Guest Critic series and the Art Writing Intensive. Previously, she was a Curatorial Assistant at MOCA Los Angeles (2019-2020). From 2014 to 2018, she was Public Programs & Research Coordinator at Independent Curators International in New York. Her recent exhibitions include: Ways of Listening (2024); Potential Futures: Prototypes (2023); Handiwork: Art, Craft, and the Space Between (2022); With Liberty and Justice (2021) at Charlotte Street. She is co-curating a traveling exhibition "States in Play: Midwestern Artist-Run 1975-2025" with co-curators Brandon Alvendia and Jes Allie, which is supported by The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts. Kitada received a BA in Art History and Classics from Bucknell University and an MA in Museum Studies from NYU.

Mark Manning is a writer, performance artist, teacher, radio host, and activist. Mark serves as Host & Producer of Wednesday MidDay Medley, 10 to Noon, on 90.1 FM KKFI Kansas City Community Radio. He was co-founder of The KCK Organic Teaching Gardens. He is co-founder of Big Bang Buffet that since 1990 has created over 300 productions. With Sandra K Davies, Mark created "The Children of Karen Carpenter" for 2004 KC Fringe Fest. With Beth Marshall, Mark created "Beth & Mark's Big Bang!" for the 2024 KC Fringe Fest winning the "Spirit of Fringe" award. Mark's original piece, “non-consenting sexual acts” was presented at Orlando Fringe and Denver Fringe in 2025. Mark's recent work, with Beth Marshall & Josie Nixon, EXPOSED was presented at the 2025 KC Fringe Fest. Mark also founded Bang Gallery from 1994 thru 2001 exhibiting the art works of over 21 artists. Mark received of a Best of KC Theatre Award, a Rainbow Award, The Silver Reel Award from the National Federation of Community Broadcasters, and The Kip Weiner Award.

Jade Osborne (she/her/we/us): Jade Osborne is an arts administrator and an innovative creative person who is passionate about the arts and community. Jade is an multidisciplinary artist and experiential curator. She explores the space in between the self, the other, and the living art that is created when we are together. Jade has performed and presented on stages in fourteen countries interlacing social practice/community outreach with each of her appearances. She is an award winner and grantee of ArtsKC, KC & Chicago Fringe Festivals, Afest, Missouri Arts Council, COMBAT among others. She served as Artist Advisor for the New Airport in Kansas City and is currently serving as Performing Arts Director for Art in the Loop Public Arts Project, the Program Director for the Summer in the City Public Arts Project and as Program Officer for the Artist Services Division at Mid-America Arts Alliance.

Diane R. Scott (she/her) is an arts administrator, educator, and writer specializing in the development of resources and programming to support artists in the management of enduring artistic practices. The Director of Artist Services at the Regional Arts Organization Mid-America Arts Alliance, Scott is the founding director and principal designer of the Artist INC professional development program. Now in its 17th year, Artist INC programs have been completed by more than 3,500 artists. Diane is also a noted professor winning numerous teaching awards. Combining her experiences in both non-profit artist services and higher education, Diane operates as a liaison between collegiate arts entrepreneurship education and artist professional development in the field. She specializes in creative entrepreneurship and has worked with thousands of artists of all disciplines in traditional classrooms and professional development settings to improve their strategic planning, marketing, project planning, financial, fundraising, leadership, and communication skills. Scott’s book Artist Entrepreneurship for Life: Making Art Work for You was released by Routledge in 2025.

Heidi Van is a multidisciplinary theatre artist—an actor, playwright, director, producer, and fearless operator of unconventional performance spaces. Her love for theatre began backstage, watching her mother bring stories to life with heart and imagination. That early spark grew into a lifelong pursuit of bold, boundary-pushing performance. As an actor, Heidi brings raw vulnerability and precision to every role. As a playwright, her work often explores the poetic and the political, unafraid to dig into difficult truths. As a director and producer, she is known for championing new work, staging performances in unexpected spaces—from lingerie shops to abandoned churches—and challenging how theatre meets its audience. Heidi is the founder and Producing Artistic Director of Fishtank Theatre, a laboratory for new plays and adventurous ideas. She also leads The Black Box, a vibrant performance venue in Kansas City that supports emerging and established artists alike. Whether she’s creating new work or lifting others' visions to the stage, Heidi’s mission is clear: to make theatre that matters, and to build a space where everyone belongs.
